The purpose of the programmes of practice in companies is to complement the academic training that the students receive in our University, whilst at the same time they suppose a first contact with the business world in which their future career will be developed.

The Master’s Degree in Advanced Techniques in Agricultural and Food Research and Development includes 8 ECTS credits of compulsory practice in a company.

The spirit of this practice, which takes place in the final part of the Master’s degree, consists in providing the student with the opportunity to use the tools, skills and competences acquired throughout the training process, and involves the step towards a stage where the student becomes central to using the training chosen.
